1. Communication Compliance

All messages sent via Redtail Speak are subject to industry compliance standards, including FINRA and SEC regulations. Communications are archived, supervised, and available for audit as required by my firm’s policies.

2. Message Archiving

All text communications are automatically recorded and retained in accordance with regulatory and firm retention policies. No deletion of messages is allowed by the user once sent.

3. Client Consent

Clients who receive messages via Speak must provide prior consent to receive SMS/text communications. Advisors are responsible for ensuring this opt-in process is followed.

4. Data Privacy and Security

Client data shared via Redtail Speak is handled in accordance with Redtail’s Privacy Policy (https://redtailtechnology.com/privacy-policy). Advisors must not send sensitive personal information (e.g., full Social Security numbers) over text unless explicitly permitted by their compliance department. 5. User Responsibilities

Advisors are responsible for using Redtail Speak in a professional and ethical manner. Misuse may result in suspension of access and disciplinary action per the firm’s internal policies.
